GALHA's monthly public meetings have been a vital part of the organisation's
work for many years. In the past year Stephen Fry has been guest of honour at the GALHA lunch, 200 people came to see and discuss the premier of the film "Suddenly Last Winter"to mark the "International Day against Homophobia and Transphobia" (IDAHO), and an appreciative audience enjoyed a riveting account of LGBT history via a performance of the development of rock and other music in the UK.
