I joined GALHA to promote LGBT and Humanist understanding locally (Medway, Kent), nationally (UK), and globally.
This is THE place for sharing a greater understanding of LGBT and Humanist issues, locally, nationally and globally. Meet great people and great ideas in an environment that is supportive and challenging, novel and secure.

We would like to invite you to a meetup on ?Religion & The Failure of Politics? on May 17th at the House of Commons. Simon Hughes MP has agreed to host this to discuss if the signs of religious revival both nationally and globally are related to failure in the secular world of politics. Andrew Copson the Chief Executive of the British Humanist Association will also be speaking.

Thanks for the welcome Alan
Hi ALan, I am wondering whether the Humanist Society is thinking of sending a response to Rageh Omar's 3 part series on the life of Muhammad? I would like to challenge this too uncritical pro Islamic propaganda
Thank you Alan, I look forward to meeting you all too. Anita
Hello Alan, thanks very much for welcoming me. Unfortunately your first event is a little short-notice for me, but I think I shall still be in Kent on June 5th and will definitely try and make it if I can (I am only in Canterbury during University term-time.) I look forward to seeing the group soon and finding out more!
Hi Alan - I was hoping to get to the meeting tomorrow but sadly cant make it after all. Hope to get to future meetings. RobW
Thanks and yeah i do, and yeh tania will do im sure she will talk to me about it soon
Thanks, Alan. I have been aware of the Canterbury Humanists for some time but have not joined because I do not want to travel to Canterbury. Should the KAMHA group meet nearer home I shall consider attending.
