Hi everyone,

As I'm sure you are well aware, the Pope will soon be arriving in the UK on an official State Visit. GALHA is part of the Protest the Pope coalition protesting against this State Visit (as opposed to a pastoral visit).

In the weeks leading up to the Pope's State Visit to the UK, the Protest the Pope coalition are planning a number of events. These range from debates to a film festival, and even an official Nope-Pope Party on the eve of the official Protest the Pope march and rally! Finally on September 18th we will be marching to show our opposition to the State Visit. Full details of the march can be found on Protest the Pope website. GALHA will be marching with our banner, so look out for us on the day!
